Angela D & Vivien A ‘Imokes‘ by Catherine
Putting these two models together to be photographed by female photographer Catherine was an inspired idea. The sensuality and eroticism is apparent throughout the entire set primarily because of the sisterly empathy they seem to share and revel in. This is, in my opinion, enhanced by Catherine who seems to put her models totally at ease. The result is a kind of passionate romance.
To begin with the girls are a little nervous, particularly Angela but as the set develops they both look like they are really enjoying each other’s company. They are so tender and sweet together that one wonders if this is the first time they’ve been so close. But this is nothing lurid or explicit but rather art nude girls appealing to our senses and massaging each other and their bodies gently writhing together for our pleasure enmeshed in femininity.
Apparently ‘Imokes‘ is a ballet term in France: pas de deux. This is where a pair of dancers perform together and the title couldn’t really be more apt.
