Russian nude model Landysh struck me immediately as delightful. Her dark full eyebrows and the fringe of her hair frame her pretty features so well that she is obviously striking even from a distance. Her brand of prettiness is that of an unquestionably cute nymphet who exudes youthful, vibrant, sensuality and allure.
Her body is slender but curvy; perfectly proportioned and enticing. In ‘Suzette‘ she is as ever warm, charming and utterly engaging. Cute is an over used word but I feel she has a natural cuteness.
Egon Schneider directs her in a set that sees her express varied emotions and poses but her charm never wanes. She starts off in a little dress but she is soon disrobed and as she aboard a moored boat it is interesting and she seems to be loving the experience.
She can be pensive, seductive, flirtacious or downright silly but it is just a joy to observe her throughout the Met Art set.
