As we all know, and most recently remember, the holidays are a special time. There is a buoyancy, a joy in the air that comes with the spirit of gift giving. And part of that spirit comes from the desire to open up, be more generous with others. And it is that spirit from which Richard Murrian took his inspiration for the photo series under consideration.
Her name is Veronika C, and she is a welcome fixture…or, as it were, a much beloved ornament of the giving season. She is that ripe, pleasantly plump, extra cute model that has appeared in so many of Murrian’s masterpieces. A Veronika pictorial is always so soft and sensual, drenched in a beige light, occurring in some super romantic bedroom, as Veronika slowly dribbles off her bra and panties to offer her lover the most desired spaces of her spirit.
And Veronika is also the subject of this series. But what’s so special this time is that we get to see and feel Veronika in a way that is so highly personal, so much more intimate than we’ve ever encountered her before. There are photos in here of Veronika walking on the streets of Prague, her native town, in warm winter clothes showing off the sites. Holiday cheer is in the air, and she is the most beautiful young Santa’s helper anyone could imagine. There are photos of Veronika proudly smiling next to her Christmas tree. There are photos of Veronika in a Santa’s hat and bra, looking into the lens like she has a very special gift to give. And then, of course, we see that gift.
One might call this series “Holiday Supreme.” The vision of Veronika removing all her warm winter clothes and cuddling up under the Christmas tree, well, it’s enough to make you want to be a kid again. Remember the thrill of going downstairs in the morning and seeing all your presents sitting there, wrapped in perfect mystery, offering the potential of so much fun? Well, now imagine as an adult going downstairs and finding the lovely Veronika , nude, under the tree, offering potentials of a far more pleasurable type? These pictures are that good.
