Nika N ‘Allaty‘ by Arkisi

“Allaty” is one of those Met Art erotic photo galleries that took a while to win me over. The art direction, set design, lighting, and photography — all the technical and stylistic elements — displayed skill and professionalism. And the model, Nika N, is nothing if not striking, with her big blue eyes and bright blonde hair. Even so, the series wasn’t an “instant hit.”

As much as I enjoy being blown away by the first shot in a series and then discovering that it more than lives up to that first favorable impression, “Allaty” seduced me slowly. But by the time I’d reached the set’s final image I was no less satisfied — and I was thoroughly impressed by Nika N.

There are, no doubt, some purists who might object to her not entirely natural hair color. There could be those who’d suggest she “eat a sandwich.” But Nika’s charms — both the physical and the less tangible emotional — more than compensate for those complaints. And I’m always impressed by a model who freely presents her must intimate attributes to the audience eagerly and without reservation, as Nika N does here.

Arkisi‘s treatment is interesting. The lighting is subdued and while the décor and furnishings of the room offer both texture and color, the overall style of the backgrounds is muted — which allows Nika’s pale skinned, platinum beauty to glow and shine in the space.

The artist takes care to include detailed close ups — two stiff-nippled breasts are lovingly captured in #005 — as well as thoughtfully composed and imaginatively posed figure studies — #088, for example. The expressive beauty of Nika’s face is wonderfully captured in #110 and #111, I love her open-mouth smile while inverted in a graceful shoulder-stand in #091, as well as the sensual heat she projects in #077 and #080. Explicit shots give “Allaty” real punch, and there are quite a few to enjoy, some of my favorites include #034 (spread perfection), #038 (note that teasing finger), and #050 (from the rear).
